Market Purchase Return Policy

All Purchases Made at Pop-up Shops or Market Days Are Final.

Online Order Return Policy
Returns are valid for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued. Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of you receiving your order. If you are unsure of your size, please reach out to us via email (houseofIsaboutique@gmail.com) BEFORE placing your online order to avoid the need to return or exchange styles. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items. All jewelry, personal items, and any styles marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Curbside Pickup Policy

Curbside Pick up hours are subject to change.

Usual Pick up hours are 11:00am to 3:00pm Monday thru Thursday and 10:00am to 4:00pm, Friday.  House of Isa will certainly work with you for curbside pickup if these hours do not work best for you. Please reach out via email houseofisaboutique@gmail.com or at 832-920-8221

 

Shipping Policy
Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. All orders will be given a tracking number. Orders of $150+ will receive free shipping. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly. Customers are responsible for paying for any return shipping for styles that are being returned or exchanged. Customers are also responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect shipping address and their order is returned or undeliverable.
